Our kindergarten

The Catholic children's home "Maria Liebich" is run by the Catholic church foundation "Mariae Heimsuchung" Perchting. Our church institution is characterized by the Christian view of humanity and understanding of values.

For children aged 1 year to the end of the 2nd grade and their parents, our house is a place of encounter and openness, of security and respect. An appreciative coexistence characterized by joy of life, individuality and empathy is important to us. With open eyes and hearts, we consider the needs of the children and families.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Perchting, in the middle of green meadows and characterized by natural surroundings and peace. The proximity to nature as well as the design of the indoor and outdoor areas with the daily view from the panoramic windows invite the children to experience and learn about the seasons and the annual cycle with all their senses all year round.

The spacious interior design of the building, with a separate group room and side room as well as sanitary and kitchen areas for each group, is expanded by additional rooms such as a parents' waiting area, a stroller room, a meeting room for parents and staff, an exercise room, a creative room and a dining room. The day-care center is sensibly equipped with a separate homework room for school children.

Integration and inclusion are a matter of course in our educational work and offer every child, regardless of their physical, mental and emotional development, room to develop and play. The professional cooperation with external therapists as well as the Starnberg Early Intervention Centre and its specialist services enrich the promotion and support of the children.
